Welcome to the newly introduced on-line Application Forms:
Prospective students to the professional School of Veterinary Medicine (SVM ) at Tuskegee University
will be using this newly developed on-line application form to apply to the school. The form is a complete booklet that includes
instruction, forms and admission application.
Note: The old " Instructions and Forms for Admissions Application" will still be accepted till further notice.
Instructions
Once you click on the "Apply Now/Applicaton Status" button, a login screen pops up. Enter the following:
1. Your login ID is " Student" all the time
2. your password is " Student" all the time.
The system will automatically issue you a " Student Return number " that you need to keep in your books for further updating/processing
to your submitted application form.
When the system logs you in, you will be presented with "Student" screen.

Click on " First Time Applicants" if you are applying for the first time and Proceed. |

Click on " Return to Application " if you want to update your application with additional information |

Click on " Student Application Status " if you want to check on your application status |
Deadline for submitting Application is October 1st, 2009
